One product · one price · launching Q3 2026
You don't need a coach. You need a plan.
Meso writes you a periodized program based on your goals, your equipment, and your training history — and rebuilds it every six weeks as you progress. €39.99 for a year — less than one influencer program PDF, and it adapts the whole time. Or €4.99 a month, if you'd rather take it slow.
Priced against what you actually use
The comparison most lifters at this level are already making.
You're probably not weighing Meso against another fitness app. You're weighing it against the free Reddit program you've been freelancing, the PDF you bought eighteen months ago, and a coach you've decided you can't afford. Those are the comparisons we care about.
Free Reddit programs
€0
Same plan for everyone. They don't know your lifts, your schedule, or your weak points.
Influencer program PDFs
€30–50once
Great program. Once. Twelve weeks later it ends, and you're back to a spreadsheet.
Meso · annual
€39.99/yr
A program that rebuilds itself every six weeks. Less than one PDF, for a whole year.
A note on coaches: a qualified strength coach charges €100–200/month and is a different product entirely. If you can afford one and want one, hire one — Meso isn't pretending to replace what a real coach does. Most of us, at this level, can't and don't.
Pricing, plainly.
How does the trial work?+
14 days, full product, no credit card. You generate your program, run a few sessions, see a phase progress. When the trial ends you can pick monthly (€4.99) or annual (€39.99). If you do nothing, you don't get charged — your account just goes read-only until you decide.
Why does annual look like the obvious choice?+
Because it is. €39.99 once a year is the same shape as buying an influencer program PDF — a transaction most of our users already make at higher prices. Monthly works too; it's just a worse deal for both of us. Annual is an honest reflection of what the product actually is: a year-long programming relationship, not a month-by-month flirtation.
Is there a free tier?+
No. A free tier puts Meso in the same mental bucket as workout-loggers, and we're not one of those. The 14-day trial is full-product, no card, and that's enough time to see whether the engine actually does what we say it does.
Is there a Pro version with extra features?+
No. There's one product, one price. Same engine, same periodization, same swaps and Travel Mode and autoregulation for everyone. We're not going to gate features behind a higher tier — that would mean we built something we don't actually believe everyone needs.
What about coaches managing clients?+
A separate
Meso Coach tier is in development for personal trainers running multiple lifters through the engine. It's not on this page because it's not shipping yet, and we'd rather not promise dates we can't keep. If you're a coach interested in early access,
drop us a line.
How does pricing work outside the EU?+
One price worldwide: €4.99/month, €39.99/year. Apple and Google convert that into your local currency automatically at checkout — USD in the US, GBP in the UK, AUD in Australia, etc. We don't do per-country PPP-adjusted pricing; the launch geography (EU/UK/US/CA/ANZ) is high-income enough that flat pricing makes sense. If we expand into other regions later, we'll revisit it.
Can I cancel? Will you actually let me?+
Yes. Cancel from inside the app or from your App Store / Play Store subscription settings — same flow as Spotify, same flow as Netflix. No retention dark patterns, no "are you sure" gauntlets, no hidden charges after cancellation. If you ever come back, your training history is still there.
Refunds?+
Automatic on request within 14 days of any charge — no questions asked, no forms. Beyond that, we'll point you at the App Store or Play Store refund flow and won't fight chargebacks under €30. We'd rather you leave clean than stay angry.
Can I pause my subscription?+
Yes — up to 60 days a year. Useful for injuries, travel, or any other reason you'd rather not be paying for an app you can't use right now. Your training history stays put while you're paused.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All payment is handled by Apple App Store and Google Play, so whatever you use there works here — credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal in supported regions, App Store balance, Play gift cards. We never see your card number directly.
