You use Meso to build and run training programs. We provide the engine, you provide the lifting. We charge a subscription, you can cancel anytime. The app is a tool, not a doctor — listen to your body and a real medical professional if anything actually hurts. We'll keep the lights on; you'll keep your account secure.
By creating a Meso account, downloading the Meso app, or using meso.app, you ("you" or "User") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, that's fine — but you can't use the Service.
These Terms are a legally binding contract between you and Meso ApS, registered in Copenhagen, Denmark ("we," "us"). Together with our Privacy Policy, they govern your use of the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Meso. If you're between 16 and 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

We're responsible for not making this harder than it needs to be — so we offer Apple/Google sign-in, and we'll never ask for your password by email.
Meso is a training-program engine: it designs strength-training programs based on the information you give us at intake and the data you log over time. Specific features evolve — we add, refine, and occasionally retire things as we learn what works. The current scope of the Service is described on meso.app and the methodology page; those pages reflect what's available today.
We work hard to keep the Service available, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. Software has bugs. We'll fix the ones we find quickly, and we welcome reports of the ones we missed.
Meso is a paid subscription. Current pricing is on the pricing page: one product, one price (€4.99/month or €39.99/year, with local-currency conversion at checkout). We may run free trials or short-lived promotional offers from time to time — those are bound by their own specific terms communicated at the point of offer.
All payments are processed by Apple App Store and Google Play. We don't see or store your payment card. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled — that's a platform-level requirement, not our preference.
Taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are handled by the App Store / Play Store and may be added to displayed prices depending on your region.
You can cancel anytime from inside the app, from your Apple ID subscription settings, or from your Google Play account. Cancellation stops auto-renewal — you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
14-day refund window: if you're within 14 days of your first charge and the engine isn't working out, email hello@meso.app from your registered address and we'll refund the charge. No retention scripts, no "are you sure" chains. (After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion and at the discretion of the app store you purchased through.)
EU consumers retain all rights of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven §18 and following), which implements EU Directive 2011/83. The 14-day window above meets or exceeds those statutory rights.

If you're a coach managing clients, please wait for the Meso Coach tier rather than running multiple lifters through one account — it's coming, it's better for you, and it doesn't break our rules.
Meso is a fitness tool, not a medical device. We are not your doctor, physiotherapist, or coach in any capacity recognized by any health regulator. The programs Meso generates are based on research literature; they are not medical advice.
The Meso name, logo, app, website, and engine code are owned by Meso ApS. The methodology documentation is © Meso ApS and licensed to readers under CC BY-NC 4.0 — you can quote, reference, and discuss it; you can't repackage it commercially.
The training data you put into Meso (your intake, your sessions, your numbers) belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you. We don't use your data to train AI models. We don't sell it. See the Privacy Policy.
Our liability for the Service is governed by applicable Danish and EU consumer-protection law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under that law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
You can terminate by deleting your account in Settings → Account → Delete. Done. We can terminate or suspend your account if you materially breach these Terms, pose a security risk, or use the Service to harm someone — we'll give you notice and a chance to cure unless the issue is severe enough to require immediate action.
If we terminate without cause, we'll refund any prepaid period that you don't get to use.
We may change these Terms occasionally. Material changes (anything that meaningfully changes your rights or our obligations) get at least 30 days' email notice before they take effect. You can reject the change by closing your account before it takes effect; if you keep using Meso after the change, you accept it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Denmark, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Copenhagen, Denmark — except where mandatory consumer protection law (e.g., your right to sue in your home country if you're an EU consumer) overrides this.
